All personnel in this department are very respected and respectful of their patients.

I was 5 minutes late to my appt and wasn't able to call. When I showed up a nurse who happened to have just finished with a patient who heard me say I was late went to the back to tell the dr I was there. The people at the desks were discussing things with other patients but when one was free they got me right in. The dr was very thorough and explained in detail what to expect and when. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received.

I arrived early and they took me in right away to my exam room. I only weighted a couple of minutes after the medical finished my vitals. I was in and out very quickly and had all my questions answered satisfactorily. All and all a very good experience.

Dr Yepez was on time, praised my report of use as per the information provided by the card reader, Performance Home Medical. Dr updated any changes to my or my family's medical history that was important. The visit was warm, welcoming and empathetic. The provider had to squeeze me in because when I arrived early the receptionist did not sign me in so I was in the waiting area for 40 minutes to see the provider. The provider was apologetic and I felt a very good provider.

The facility was confusing. The office had been moved and I had trouble finding the elevator. There was no one to direct me, I felt lost. Karen Yepez was wonderful and helpful. She made improvements that I didn't know I needed. I was very happy.

I was referred to Karen M. Yepez by both my brother and my wife who both are patents of hers and they both spoke highly of her sleep apnea knowledge and skills as a sleep specialist medical provider. I very much enjoy the sleep apnea medical care and the referrals and advise I get from Karen M. Yepez, (ARNP, specialist in Sleep Medicine). She is very pleasant and professional to work with. She knows her field of medicine very well and pays great attention to details in all of the medical appointments, service referrals and communications we have shared. She and her staff worked hard to find a good fit for the sleep apnea medical equipment and training, it was challenging to find one that would take my particular insurance. I would highly recommend Karen M. Yepez to any person needing help with any sleep apnea/sleep medicine issues or problems.

I've had a lot of contact with different Providence depts the past almost 2 years (cancer journey) and Karen is #1 in the top 5 caregivers I've seen in that time - and I've seen a LOT of Drs., ARNPs, RNs, CNAs, MAs, etc. She LISTENS! I always feel seen and heard and have a plan in place after a visit with her and she follows through on what she says she's going to do. Her Notes on my visit always match my recollection of the appt. - can's say that of others - I sometimes wonder if they were in the same room. I usually don't believe all the 5 star reviews given (since you don't publish the questionable ones) but in her case, it is definitely warranted! If you really wanted to know what people think, you should have a patient advocate office where we could express concerns directly and/or in person rather than just this survey. But, I am grateful to at least have a survey to answer!
