I bought up connected health issues and their comment came off as if I didn't care to do my own part or that I was not trying to solve my health issues. They gave off the impression I was just another appointment in the day that they didn't want to deal with.

I've been seen by providers in this office for 20 years. I am very happy with the service that they provide.

Melissa assisted me with my CPAP machine and answered all needed questions. She was professional, friendly, knowledgable and gave me the time needed.

The provider gave me 100% of her attention for over 30 minutes as we talked about details of CPAP, the hardware and the different hardware providers that have been involved, including what happened with the recall. She suggested a new size for the fitting and that has made a big improvement. We got a new hardware supplier set up and I felt very strongly that she cared about my health and my ability to get more than the minimum (4 hours) CPAP sleep each night.

She had taken the time to review my history for this annual visit so she was well versed on my history. She took the time to review the functions of my equipment and explained features that would assist me that I hadn't been aware of. I have nothing negative to say about her or the office. I would recommend them without question.

Ms Sloan is an amazing NP! She's super nice and knows her job very well. Very knowledgeable and make me felt heard. She has improved my life 10 fold with all this sleep aptmia science. This was my first visit with Melissa. She was excellent! She was both personable and professional. She took plenty of time to help me get a much better fit on my Cpap machine.I did not feel rushed at all. She went over my numbers of the past month and answered my questions. I am well satisfied with her care and will be seeing her again as I need to.

The office staff is much better than when I first started there. Melissa has helped me so much with everything about my sleep and machine.

I have challenging sleep issues and came in with several questions and concerns. Melissa really worked with me to find solutions even though it meant our appointment ran over. She found me a different face mask that is working better and provided suggestions that have improved my sleep. Thank you, Melissia!

This was the yearly check-in for my c-pap use. Melissa has been my nurse practitioner for several years and is well acquainted with me. Also, I didn't catch her name, but the intake nurse/assistant was skilled and friendly.
