Once I got the referral to see someone for my sleep apnea, it took 7 months until I could get an appt. My sleep apnea machine is broken and so I have been all of this time without a machine.Once I finally saw Diana, she ordered a at home sleep test for me. It is taking another month until I can pick up the sleep monitor. And when I return it the following day, it will take another month to get the results. This is not at all satisfactory. I am experiencing complications from not having my machine. When I tried to discuss it with Diana, all I got were defensive reasons about how short staffed they are,etc. I realize this is important to them but my health is what's important to me.

This is a great office--friendly, competent, professional staff, NPs, and MD. NP DIaz did a superb job in every respect and we left feeling heard, understood, well-advised, and assisted in our tx plan. Thank you!

Diana Diaz is an excellent provider for sleep analysis. I would highly recommend her for sleep therapy.

It took me over six months to get in to see this provider. I had to wait 29 minutes to half an hour to be seen and I had a pick up time within the hour. Although the provider said that I had a lot of leakage in my Cpap mask she was only able to provide me a very uncomfortable and tight fitting mask that I am unable to use in my sleep. I had not been to see anyone got two years so it was imperative that I had to wait the six months or so to see someone. I see a lot of doctors and medical professII slid and I felt that the care I received was of a very low standard and I only went because I had to for my Cpap machine usage. It was a major hassle to travel all the way to Santa Rosa from [Location] and I really feelThat my needs weren't addressed and when I commented that it took me over six months to get in she said that the demand for a nurse practitioner was very high. I'm used to getting a more thorough appointment. She saw my readout and exclaimed that I am not getting the coverage for my Cpap machine and she recommended that I go toA special clinic to get fitted but that apparently will take weeks to a month to be seen. I feel that Providence is a poor medical facility all the way around. I only went because I need to be able to keep my Cpap machine.

The visit was great, I was able to get new sleep supplies ordered for my CPAP machine. I was unaware that my previous provider was no longer with Providence. The earliest appointment I could schedule was for 3 months out and then that appointment needed to be rescheduled.
