Glad I have Dr Cruz for my care

It took me a long time to get on this specialist's calendar but I liked his treatment and professionalism very much.

He listened to my concerns and examined the situation, explained his diagnosis, and advised me to use an appropriate medication to deal with it.

My ENT provider is great. One of the nurses before I had my procedure was very rude. Other than that, the after surgery nurses and the doc were fantastic.

This was my first appt. So I had to wait a few months which was understandable. I'm glad I finally got in the Dr. Help me understand and what the next process will be to see more of what is going on. I'm hopeful I can get relief.

Dr. Cruz and staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The only complaint I may have is regarding the exorbitant wait time to see him. 10 months for a surgical referral.

For my followup app later this month there was a lady and gentleman that helped with my scheduling, I don't recall their names, but they were Extremely helpful. I had a narrow window due to traveling from Wenatchee, including a friend that lives in Spokane and attends my appts with me, and Dr. Crewes schedule was a bit hectic but they made it happen and I greatly appreciate them. Dr. Crewes and his tech both have great demeanor's. Good people.

Dr. Cruz was amazing. I have had appointments with other ENT specialists and they were quick to discount my concerns and go straight to surgery. Not Dr. Cruz! He was so kind, listened to my concerns and gave a variety of options. He was very honest and determined to find a solution to my medical issue. I 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that listens and doesn't push a certain agenda!

Provider was great but the appointment took 4 months and 3 days before they called and rescheduled which took another 4 monthsa little frustrating

This was my first visit in this clinic with Dr. Cruz. He listened and requested an X-ray and scan to rule out serious problems. Scheduled with him to figure out relief from a chronic issue. Just beginning this process which went well on the first visit.

It took almost 6 months to see this specialist. I think he is probably a great doctor. He checked my ear nose throat. I think he found all three and that was about it two things probably affect us. He looks at me 83 year old man a heart that could quit any day and things look good enough or the VA hospital doesn't pay him enough to spend time on me, he looked at me said I was fine. Set me out the door. I understand the process.

Dr. Cruz explained the procedure he was recommending and why he felt this surgery would help me. I appreciated his care and concern over the questions I had to help me understand the procedure.
