Dr Gorman always takes the time to make sure I understand my medical conditions thoroughly and the treatment options available, including pros and cons, and we make the treatment plans together as a team. She is an excellent listener and displays a wealth of knowledge in her field of expertise. She is one amazing Doctor.

Dr. Gorman is an excellent physician! (And I'm old enough to gave had care from many). My GP recommended her originally, a few years before Dr.G joined PacMed, and she has consistently provided the best quality of care: listening to my in-person/online communications & questions, and always looping back with my GP. The 'team' at the Northgate clinic has also been excellent and accessible. Thx for asking!

It is difficult to get an appt to see Dr. Gorman, but it is so helpful that she is available on my chart and for virtual visits. Dr. Gorman listens carefully to me, answers my many questions, and is reassuring, kind, thoughtful. I value so much that she will be helping me with my RA issues.

When I arrived at the check-in desk I was told the provider was in the first clinic when in fact she was in the third clinic area so since I was the first appt of the day I checked after many minutes went by without being called and immediately went to the third area after I had been told to wait in the first area, initially. She walks in to the appointment prepared and aware of my reasons for the visit, is personable and empathetic, answers questions in a way that's understandable and also asks appropriate questions that maybe I didn't think of. Not only does she have a warm and kind demeanor, but it's also clear that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Additionally, the entire office (from front desk staff, to nurse, and her) seem to be not just tolerant, but very respectful of transgender people. Generally, my (and other transgender people's) experience in healthcare environments is negative or maybe just "not terrible" at best. My hope is usually just to not have negative interactions or feel judged, which is a low bar that is often not cleared. My experience in Dr. Gorman's office is on the other end of the spectrum. She and the other staff are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, and respectful. This kind of positive experience keeps me coming back when I need to and not delaying care out of concern or angst. She stays current and up dated on all the newest medical information. My only challenge with PAC med is trying to get someone to answer the phone. Always a very long wait. They say to put in your number and they will call you back. This has never worked. I never get a call back. Usually wait times on phone is about 25 minutes. My only problem.

Both Doctor and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I received the medication I needed timely. The insurance process was complicated and time-consuming and they kept me informed and were aggressive in moving things along.

Dr. Gorman is one of the best doctors I have experienced. As a patient who is very invested in prevention, personal responsibility for my health and well-being, making well informed health care decisions, she is a perfect match for me. She is patient, respectful and honors her patient's decisions.

Dr. Gorman is fabulous!I do wish I could get in sooner to see my pcp, a follow-up appointment took 2 months to get in. She's great, but it is a little worrisome if you can't get in sooner than that. I know doctors are short-staffed everywhere, though.
