Jeanette is always on top of my med history, even if I've been in the ER or seen by another doctor. She makes a point to go over any changes we've made or discuss making new changes. She genuinely cares about me & even asks about my family. I have some difficult dx so she is always looking for new trials/better treatments.

I would recommend this provider and practice in a minute! They are excellent! I have been seeing Jeannette for years now and she has always provided me with exceptional care. I really feel cared for and like how I feel really matters to her and her team. That is so comforting when going through tough medical situations. I have several life altering diagnosis and I count on Jeannette so much, she has never let me down. Couldn't say enough good about her.

Chronic illness is a hard thing to bear. I find the majority of the staff at this clinic to be kind caring and compassionate. It makes me feel seen and heard in a way that has a high value for me.

The care is great but the wait time for the medicine I get takes a long time for the nurses to receive it from the lab.

I have had good experiences with infusions and with Jeannette. I do feel she should consider medication changes when my RA pain is not controlled, but she's the best option for a rheumatologist in the Tri-Cities.

I travel about 100 mile both ways to see my provider I do have an option in my town but Kadlec is one of the best RA clinics I've been to. I would not go to any other location.
