An important characteristic to me is she is totally present when dealing with me and not thinking about what's next on her schedule. I highly respect her knowledge! The provider I seen at this appointment was absolutely so comforting and informative. She paid close attention and was very understanding. I requested to only see her as my experience before was not the greatest with another provider. She, however had the best bedside manner ever.

Dr. Aleena Gurung was one of the best doctors I have seen. Her professional manner, knowledge and kindness shown is outstanding. As a patient trying to navigate multiple health issues she was able to navigate all the information and records and help understand what was going on. Again, her professionalism was outstanding. Her office also worked very hard to get my appointment moved up. She also corresponded with my primary to help coordinate the right prescription for my condition.

Dr Aveena, MA, front staff, and the Lab staff at the RA clinic are amazing, professional, friendly, and caring. If only all Kadlec clinics, medical staff, etc., could treat patients the same way it would be amazing. The RA clinic is a bright spot in the Providence medical system and should be recognized as such. I only wish I could use them for all my medical services.

It is always a pleasure to go to Dr.Gurungs office as the office staff is always cheerful and courteous and helpfuland that is important to me when you dont feel good. And as always Dr. Gurung seems to be always so interested in my well being and takes time to talk to me and LISTENS to what I am saying and not just hearing there is a difference. I feel very comfortable with my care with Dr Gurung and know she has my best health and interest at heart. I wouldnt trade her for anything

I have been very impressed with my provider. She really took the time to listen to my issues, asked a lot of questions and I felt that she was invested in my health. She was very responsive when I called with progressive issues and has actively been trying to diagnose my issue. A lot of the wait time has been from test results so some answers may not be accurate as she has not gotten the full picture yet to get back to me.

My docter was absolutely amazing.

Dr. Gurung was very competent and caring when discussing my health problems, suggesting alternative treatments and also, when advised that I am slightly hard of hearing, she removed her mask (at my request), spoke up and enunciated carefully when speaking to me.

I really like my doctor, she listens, looks me over really well, and knows what she is doing. It only took one time for her to see my scalp, my swollen toes, and she put me on the best medicine to stop my pain and get rid of the itchy, scaly scalp. I appreciate the kindness shown to my symptoms, and how I was handled. I am on the road to being healthier. There is nothing better than that. And it is thanks to Dr. Aveena.

Kadlec providers always have treated we with upmost respect and patience. I am developmentally delayed and the talk to me and explain in terms I understand. They talk to me and not just my sister.

I have had only positive visits. I am grateful to have such a great, nice, supportive, caring, knowledgeable dr. Taking care of me. I have already recommended her to my co worker. It's amazing she knows my new medical history or visits every time I go in and makes sure that everything is working out together. She really is amazing!

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Avena and feel she cares about me as a patient.

My symptoms were complicated so she did adequate test that provided a rule-out of Rheumatoid Arthritis.

So far I am quite satisfied. Treatment is not complete at this date.
