I believed the doctor did not see me within 15 minutes of my appointment time because the patient ahead of me was late. Dr. Van Gelder always takes the time to listen and explain and gives the best care possible.

I thought Dr Van Gelder was excellent. Spent good time finding my history and ordering blood tests. Negative part was it took 6 weeks to see him and I was ill the whole time.

Facey has always been a great provider

It's good Dr Van gelder did explain as best as he can what's going on with me even though he talks very fast to me . It's also good Dr Van gelder order blood test and an x ray to see what's going on with me too and explain to me in my chart what needed to be done going forward using the water pills every other day as needed.

In general am very satisfied with Facey Medical Group. Like my Doctors, the staff and the environment around.

Well the provider talks very fast with me like he wants to get out of the room right away instead of slowing down to spend more time with me and answering what I have to say about my health concerns. It would be nice he is not so eager to leave the room in such a hurry and spend some more time going over the results of my test with me very carefully.
