Perhaps I'm partial to a NP as my sister is also a NP, and I know full well the skills needed. Ms Hughes displayed her skills. I only wish that the team could have schedules my Prolia injection for the following year as they've done in the past.

Samantha was great. I feel like she's trying to help me and figure out the best way to proceed given my symptoms and the situation. She spent a long time asking questions and figuring out how to proceed. I left with more uncertainty and questions than I arrived with which was difficult but the things she wanted to look further at seemed very helpful and appropriate and I appreciated her desire to investigate a bit more to ensure my diagnosis from a previous provider is correct.

The nurse practitioner was very good and asked me a lot of very important questions which gave her a better picture of what I was there for. And why she should see me. Samantha has always taken the time to give me her undivided attention. I feel a lot of doctors DON'T listen to patient like they should. I.E. I suffered with Rheumatoid Arthritis for 3 years because my doctor said my blood work came back false positive and she thought I didn't have It. Later I learned she never ordered both blood tests needed to diagnose It. So after suffering for 3 years with both Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid. My markers were so high the nurse practitioner Mallory Mulkins personally called Dr. Whisler to get me seen ASAP . I miss Mallory she Is FANTASTIC and through!

At the very beginning of this survey, the date of service for the practice in question was correct, but the time of 12:00AM was wrong. It was 12:00PM. Care Provider Samantha Hughes was exceptionally knowledge about my case, covered it comprehensively, clearly, understandably and helpfully, allowing time for questions and discussion. She Is also relaxed, cordially and easy to communicate with. I value her service highly.
