Provider is difficult to understand as he wears a mask and often times I ask that he repeat the questionl Could be more time for questiions. He ordered a test that is too early for my insurance to cover so I had to contact carrier and reschedule appt. Now I have to go back to the portal and let him know.

Dr Phan is on the ball. Changes in blood work were noticed immediately and I was notified what to do and what to change.

Dr Phan always takes adequate time with me and listens to all of my concerns and address's them sufficiently. I take a high risk medication prescribed by him and orders blood work to be done every 3 to 4 months. Dr Phan is an excellent doctor.

Dr Phan, takes pride in making sure I have all my test done and blood done to insure all medications are working and keeping me in a better state with my illness.

Dr Phan on an educational and medical level is very knowledgeable but does not answer questions and tells you to "Google it " and "research it yourself". He tells you that you have a "standing" order for bloodwork but doesn't explain what that means. Then when you find out, and you use it, he changes the order do you cannot have labs completed before your appointment. Very confusing to the non-medical patient. A little empathy would be of help.
