I mention how courteous the staff is all the time. They are professional, patient, knowledgable and go out of their way to help you and it all starts with Dr. Castro...Love him! I even mentioned It as the GOLD standard on how to run a practice to my UCI Health partners. Never had a good experience let alone a bad experience with him...only exceptional visits with honest, truthful, and helpful care for my dx's and situation...And it's not always roses...but easier to deal with when Dr. Castro and staff are on the job!!!
