I was referred to Dr. Kovacs by my PHP to evaluate some persistent joint pain and stiffness I have been experiencing. Dr. Kovacs was very thorough and professional in the care he gave me and he seems very knowledgeable in the area of rheumatology. He was able to rule out several causes for my symptoms and put me on a course of treatment which gave me some relief from my pain and stiffness. I have a follow-up visit with him in three months to evaluate my progress and the effectiveness of a new medication that he prescribed. I am quite satisfied with the care that Dr. Kovacs has given me so far.

My Dr Kovack seemed in a hurry, I got blood done ordered by him my white count was bad his office never called me, I saw my regular Dr . He didn't even look at my blood work , I walked out very unhappy , we talked about changing my infusion due to my vains are very bad most of time they can't get in, my last time after 5 times I said I can't do this an started to cry , the ladies were so great ? I just feel he had given up on me, I have had problems wh the meds off an on I am not coming back to Dr Kovack

Nice enough fellow, and quite competent, but while helpful seemed too busy to provide clear, detailed lay explanations of my issue. I'm a reasonably intelligent person, and I had to ask repeatedly for an explanation of my condition in non-medical terms. Ordered radiology but did not look at or share details of the imagery with me. Not brusque, seemed in a hurry to be elsewhere.

I am thankful for the treatment and courtesy I have consistently received from my care provider and the rest of the staff in your institution.
