The call was great took care of my needs good checkup by phone, saved a trip to office which is hard when you are old.

My care provider was very attentive, patient, and understanding. She makes me feel like she cares about her patients. She referred to some of my medical history which felt like she was well prepared for my appointment. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family but the wait time for this office is unfortunately longer than most. Occasionally, the receptionist or appt scheduler can get me in pretty early while other times I've had to wait for a longer period of time which is hard, especially if you're looking for immediate pain relief. Even though it's sometimes hard to schedule an appt with her and even harder to schedule an appt with the doctor she works under/with, I value their demeanor and bedside manners. It is extremely hard to find a provider who will actually listen to your current or past problems. This provider definitely excels at that.

She provided advice contrary to the advice from the infusion center about whether dental work should be completed prior to having a Reclast infusion.

I thought that a NP would spend more time with me. It was listed as a 20 min visit. It was actually probably a ten min visit. It was very cut and dried. No personal touches at all. She mentioned that Imtake calcium and Vit B. I said no, I don't take calcium. She went directly on to the next appt. No explanation as to why she didn't know that I don't take calcium, or questions as to why I don't. No Interest apparently. Onward to my next appt and out the door. I'm

Helen was everything you want in healthcare provider - knowledgeable, attentive and personable. She answered all my questions and kept me informed about the medication and future lab tests.

This visit was to review blood labs order by Dr NgoIn April. Helen went thru the results and scheduled A November appointment. She also provided me with a handout of all the Labcorp locations in the area for future bloodwork. I felt I was in good hands with Helen.

NP ordered Blood work and an X-ray. I was able to get both of those done right after my appointment with ease and efficiency.

This was my first time with Helen Kwak. I was very impressed with her. Because my condition is baffling many of my doctors I appreciated the input from Helen Kwak from an autoimmune perspective. She ran a blood panel and I hope to get the results soon.

Dr Kwak saw me for an flareup of an issue currently being treated by Dr. J Kim. She was knowledgeable and informed. The system-wide access to records seems to be working now.The office staff for the rheumatology department was awesome in their assistance with scheduling this, if not a medical emergency, alarming recurrence of an issue that sent me to the ER in early February.They have been consistently incredible in the assistance they have provided me this year.
