About Caesar K. Luo
Dr. Caesar Luo is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery since 2012. He completed medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, internship at Albert Einstein Hospital, residency at Wills Eye Hosptial in Philadelphia, followed by vitreoretinal fellowship at Associated Retinal Consultants, William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan.
