I've been to the Orthopedic specialty office twice this week at St Jude Heritage Hospital ( Dr Keplinger and Dr Bittner) and I am so impressed by the HAPPINESS that is oozing from the doctors and ALL of the department nurses and staff. You truly don't see this anywhere else, in any industry! Seriously! They all seem to love their jobs and are HAPPY to be at work. They seem to all want to make their patients and co-workers sincerely have a great day and go above and beyond expectations to make this happen. If I was going to be a doctor, I would want to be an orthopedic doctor. My experience and interactions with orthopedic offices (not just at St Jude) have been remarkable and inspiring, far above any other medical departments. I feel like I should just go and hang out in their lobby and soak up some of their goodness. Many thanks and God Bless them!

Dr. Keplinger is a very caring, knowledgable, thorough, respectful and highly competent surgeon. She listens attentively to her patients and give them the best medical advice and treatment. Her office staff is friendly and efficient.

I was nervous but doctor and her care team made my experience less stressful and more comfortable talking to me regarding my concerns and treatment, process was smooth and procedure was easy a bit painful but doctor kept me calm and talked me through it. Follow up in two weeks. Friendly doctor and care team.

Dr Keplinger is one of the best. She knew my medical history before coming in the examination room. She is compassionate and professional. We did have a wait time, but I understand things happen.I was however, disappointed with the medical assistants. I had left 2 voicemails on 2 different days, and never received a call back. I ended up calling another doctor. Dr Keplinger's surgery scheduler is great. So efficient, and called me back every time.

Dr. Keplinger and her team are absolutely wonderful. Very easy to talk to, answers my questions or concerns and is very attentive at every appointment.

St Jude providence takes way too long to see a doctor

She listens, is kind and helps as much as she can. My problem is really not her field but she was willing to send me to the people who can give me the help I need.
