About William M. Wisbeck
As a member of the multidisciplinary team at the Providence Regional Cancer Partnership, I work closely with the surgeons, medical oncologists, and medical specialists to provide optimal care for cancer patients. My goal is to introduce the most cutting-edge technology in the field of radiation oncology. I specialize in the use of stereotactic radiosurgery, intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and image-guided radiation therapy to treat tumors precisely and effectively, while minimizing the effects of treatment on nearby healthy tissue. I serve as principal investigator for several research studies aimed at improving cancer care and reducing treatment associated side effects.
