About Gabriel Axelrud
Dr. Gabriel Axelrud is a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist, Medical Director of Radiation Oncology, and Chair of the Cancer Committee at Covenant Health's Joe Arrington Cancer Research & Treatment Center. Dr. Axelrud also serves as Chair of the Radiation Oncology Clinical Specialty Committee at the Providence Cancer & Digestive Health Institute and as Chair of the Providence Radiation Oncology Clinical Decision Team. Dr. Axelrud's areas of expertise include Gamma Knife and LINAC-based Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) / Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR), Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT), High-Dose Rate Brachytherapy (HDR), EBRT and SAVI-based Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation (APBI), and Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) / Radiopharmaceutical Therapy (Pluvicto, Lutathera, Xofigo, I-131).
