Very good care

I have not had a bad experience since I have started to see Dr Howard.

From the checkin, to the MA taking me to exam room and consult with dr Howard all went well. Very professional office.

Providers have listened and answered my concerns.

it's easy to schedule the problem is you have limited providers and a lot of patience attempting to get in. Once you're there it's great.

Dr Howard is an excellent doctor. He listens, understands and cares. He is very knowledgeable about medication and sleep apnea and disorders. Bless him!!

Dr. Howard is a special kind of doctor. He sees you as a whole person. I had very sore jaw and Dr howard took time to look inside my mouth. I went to the dentist and ended up having impacted tooth. So he helped me in several ways.

The last thing I want is a C pap machine, Dr. Howard took the time to discuss my concerns and why it's the way to go, still hoping for a slight response on the test.

My experience was very good but some of these questions don't directly apply to my visit. "The Provider" is not my usual primary care doctor, or on my cardiology team, but a referral to further investigate my heart problems. "The Provider" was an obvious extra link in this chain of people trying to help me, and I appreciated his help. He was very understanding and explained the next steps in my march toward better health in very understandable terms. Thank you.

This appt was an annual check up, so might skew the results. However, I'm still happy with the appt!

Dr. Howard always takes the time to listen and answers all my questions thoroughly. He has changed my life in regards to dealing with the health condition he treats me for. Dr. Howard provided me with information that was extremely valuable and will have a very positive affect on my life. The only negative experience was knowing what to do when coming into the office to sign in. It's somewhat confusing if a patient hasn't gone through this process before.

Dr. Howard genuinely cares about my conditions and has been very helpful and supportive. His nursing staff are also always very kind and helpful.

I was so impressed that he was up to date on all my recent hospital visit and blood work and lab work. He really helped encourage me with the recovery process and the length of time it will take to recover from a pulmonary pneumonia virus and how oxygen will work through the CPAP machine.

Dr. Howard has been my provider for my sleep apnea condition for a considerable amount of time. I have always considered him to an excellent doctor, and consider myself fortunate to have him as a provider.

Dr. Howard is excellent! He shows me the numbers concerning my Cpap machine and what they indicate. He always asks if I have any concerns or questions regarding my sleep apnea. If I have any questions or concerns, he listens and answers or explains further. Dr. Howard is very thorough during an appointment.

I've known this provider for years working with him at SHMC. He is thorough and honest. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have always appreciated consulting him for pulmonary issues. Now as a patient, he treated me very well. It was a loss to the inpatient service when he left. Luckily he is now still in practice in the community in a more limited role.

Dr Howard is knowledgeable and respectful. He does a through assessment at each visit. The staff are all professional.

It takes forever to get in for an appointment, other than that everyone is great. Dr. Howard is great at asking the right questions to get an accurate understanding of what was going on with me and I finally felt heard after decades of having providers be so dismissive. He explains things very well and takes the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I can't tell you how nice it is to finally have answers and a treatment plan that will help me to get my life back.

Dr Howard is friendly and very knowledgeable. I am confident that he is an outstanding physician. He really cares and goes the extra mile to help. I wasn't able to get in to see him as soon as I wanted. I was having a medical problem but there was no provision for patients who have problems to get in quickly . I had to wait a month and a half to be seenand I am currently under his care for CPAP use.

Dr. Howard was excellent in answering questions I had about breathing problems that complicated the use of my CPAP machine. He explained why I should not use some OTC nasal sprays and which ones would be most effective for me long term. He also explained the differences between the two types of breathing cessation events I experience and the expected levels that are acceptable. He took the time to make sure I was understanding what I needed to know.
