I have been seeing Dr. Yoo for almost 4.5 years. She basically states she's tracked for more than 4 yrs, the lung, no need to report them. She doesn't need to see me anymore, come back if I have an emergency. She talked me out of going back in a year. I guess I'm now considered a new patient she can reject in the future.

Dr. Yoo scheduled me for a 6 min walking test to test my lungs on Sept. [Date]. It did not go well & I was stopped after 2 min to be put on oxygen to continue the test. The tech told me I "might" be hearing from my doctor sooner than my appt. When I did not hear from her I kept my appt on Oct. [Date] (21 days later.) I was waiting in her office when she entered with my file she then said " excuse me, I have to go get your test results" she returned 7 min later saying as she entered the door " you need to go on oxygen". I replied " Dr. Yoo, I hope this is not the first time you are reviewing my test result from 3 weeks ago." She said "yes it was" and that she had been busy over at the hospital. I just think if a doctor orders a test, she should review it prior to my appt. Yo look for any problems that might have occured. She then gave me a referral to be put on oxygen on Oct. [Date]. I have been using It for approx 1 week and Its helping. I felt that I could have gone on it earlier IF she would have taken the time to review my test results from Sept. [Date]. I like Dr. Yoo and she is usually very thorough in her examinations & suggestions. I felt I might have got the tech in trouble by telling her that he had told me I might be hearing from her sooner than my appointment. She replied that he is not a doctor and should not have said that. I hope thats not the case. Thank you, [Name(s)]
