Since this was a referral from the specialist, the office contacted me with a date and time for the appointment. Timeframe was ok, as there seems to be a lack of sufficient providers available. As this was for a specific issue, it was to follow up from a pulmonologist regarding a sleep disorder issue. As I neither fit the "guidelines' for other equipment to help sleep apnea, (ie.body mass index, severity of issue) I was not a candidate for what other steps beyond a cpap machine...so nothing more can be done. The staff, from receptionist, to nursing medical assistant to the clinician were great and professional, and competent. If I needed to get ahold of them with questions, I believe I could get answers from them in a caring and professional manner.

Doc was a good teller and a poor listener. I plan to search for another Doc. If I can find another Doc within Providence, fine. If not I will look elsewhere.

Cannot say enough good things about Deborah! She was by far the best medical professional I've seen in a decade. She helped with my pressing issue of sleep health but also provided great recommendations for where to follow up with other medical issues/questions. She took the time to KNOW MY CHART before she even walked in the room. Took the time to answer my questions and really explain the process in a clear way that I felt confident walking out the door to know what to do next. She was far above and beyond and such a breath of fresh air! Thank you thank you thank you for all your help! Sincerely, has helped me in many ways. ....6 months to get in was a little tough to take and wait.....but honestly well worth it. Have been talking to everyone I know about what I learned and going to see her if they are in need!
