Tracy J. Drahota, PsyD

Dr. Drahota always knew that she wanted to be a psychologist, but finding her niche in integrated behavioral health was a happy accident. She was working in neuro- and psychological assessment in a private practice when an opportunity arose in an integrated health setting, where medical and behavioral health clinicians practice together to provide holistic care. “I’ve never looked back,” she says. “This is the way I have always hoped to help others.”

Born in Iowa, Dr. Drahota spent most of her adult and professional life in Arizona before moving to Oregon to join our team. In her practice, she focuses on helping patients learn about self-acceptance, self-care, and how to live their best life. “My most important role,” she says, “is to listen to a point where my patients really feel heard and seen.”

Dr. Drahota holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and master’s and doctoral degrees from Argosy University in Phoenix. She completed her internship at Quality Living, Inc., a spinal cord and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation facility in Omaha, Neb., and her post-doctoral residency at Professional Psychology Associates in Phoenix.

In her free time, Dr. Drahota enjoys music, cooking, dancing, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring her newest passion: gardening.
