About Jon F. Chaffee
Jon F. Chaffee, M.D., has been a Board Certified Psychiatrist since 1995 and a State of California Qualified Medical Evaluator for the past several years. Dr. Chaffee graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1989 and received Psychiatric Fellowship training at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Chaffee is Chief of Psychiatry at College Hospital in Costa Mesa and the Medical Director of their Crisis Stabilization Unit and Adolescent Psychiatric Program. Dr. Chaffee has success in performing Qualified Medical Evaluations and Agreed Medical Evaluations and provides opinions and conclusions supported by behavioral and scientific evidence. He provides in-depth analysis and discussion of everyday functioning and work functioning of applicants providing substantial opinions with regard to questions of return to work and vocational feasibility.
