It is important to first note that I have been a patient of St. Jude for decades. I still have reservations about Providence in general and the merger that took place over the past several years. I have seen changes that are not positive. That being said, Dr. Marlene Mires is an OUTSTANDING physician. She is the reason I have stayed with St. Jude Providence. She has displayed knowledge that surpasses specialists while being a PCP. She takes her Hippocratic oath seriously and I hope that Providence recognizes what an asset she is.

Dr. Mires has been my PCP for over 15 years and she knows me and always addresses my health concerns in a timely fashion. Her bedside demeanor is excellent.

I was extremely disappointed. I had to wait 2 months to see the Dr Mires and I had two important issues that needed to be addressed. She only addressed one and the other one I had to make a separate appointment on the same day with the physician's assistant. I had to pay two separate co-pays. Everyone was baffled. I have NEVER in my years been treated like an insignificant person that my injury and illness were not valid and addressed at the same appointment. I would like my co-pay back and this situation to be addressed.

Dr. Marlene Mires is a wonderful and caring provider. She listens to patient's concerns and always has come up with positive and professional answers. Although I live far from the Brea area but have stayed with her since she is such wonderful doctor. She an asset to your organization.

Arrived for appointment on time, waited about an hour to see doctor. Not her fault, I don't blame her, seems all medical establishments are short staffed these days. But doctor was very respectful, caring and reassuring.

My Doctor took very good care of me and got me in to see her very quickly when I reached out to her regarding my shoulder injury. I am very happy with her and her treatment. She has ordered a MRI to see the damage done to my shoulder. I am Still waiting for the referral to go thru! I would like to get this done ASAP so my shoulder can get the treatment needed to be healed!
