I was extremely pleased with my care provider, I'll just take this opportunity to say that when I went to Labcore near the Dr.'s office, I waited three hours to get a blood test!

Matthew did a good job covering for my PCP, Dr. Modenos.

Matthew is an excellent PA. (He should become an MD as he has a very nice "bedside manner". He gets an A+.That said, I believe I should have seen an MD as I was there for a wrist trauma following a fall (at the age of 77).The main complaint I have about providence is that you have limited your lab work and 'subbed it out" largely to Lab Corp. It is better to have in house labs.A minor comment would be that someo f the office staff and technical staff might benefit from better intra personal behavior ("How To Win Friends and Influence people".In all Providence has been very, very good. Certainly an "A".

The experience was excellent. His knowledge was extensive and his manner charming. He spent nearly one hour with me which was considerably longer than I have experienced before.

This was my first visit with Mathew Meyers, PA.Since I normally see Dr. Monica Ferguson, my PCP, and she was unavailable, this having been an emergency, I was scheduled to see Mathew instead. He handled it well and sent me across the street to Santa Rosa Memorial hospital. I'm satisfied that it was a smooth process with minimal waiting because I was in pain and my blood glucose was [ID]. Everyone is always very kind and professional, which is why I've been a patient with them since Dr. James DeVore and Dr. Robert Cohen opened the doors of their practice many years ago when I was a young wife and mother. My sons were very little at that time; now they are 48 and 47 years old and I'm a grandmother. My oldest grandson is 27. Also, I've been a patient at Santa Rosa Memorial hospital Since the birth of my sons on July [Date] 1976 and December [Date] 1977. I'm grateful for the good care I've always been given both in my doctor's office and the hospital. Thank you. [Names]

Wait time was long. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied.

Mr. Myers has done an exceptional job taking care of my health issues. Previously, he referred me to a dermatology group for a bump on my face which turned out to be cancerous and it was well taken care of. This most recent appt, I asked about my spider veins with leg aches and he referred me for an ultrasound of my leg. Only two days later, I received a message from Mr. Myers along with the test results. Mr. Myers not only interpreted the results for me, he also prescribed treatments included compression stockings and exercises to do to help. I think Mr. Myers is very thorough and also very caring! He is at the top of the list in my Gratitude Journal!!

I have always had great service from making appointments to my medical care. Everyone has always treated me with respect.

He is not my GP. He ordered test and x-ray that had nothing to do with why I was there. I would've preferred to have my personal doctor ordered those tests. It just simply felt strange.

I saw Matthew, PA, as Dr. Levin was not available on such short notice. Matthew was excellent.
