My appt was for a preop physical for a procedure to be done the next day at a different facility. Rana went out of her way to be sure I hand carried the needed paperwork just in case the fax didn't go through to UCI. Above and beyond!

She is an excellent physician assistant. Very easy to talk to.

Compassionate, professional and excellent thorough follow up care

I am a regular patient of Doctor Waddel. This is the first time that I saw Rana Lee. She was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions about the problem that I have with my foot. I felt like she gave me a good honest opinion and she referred me to a foot specialist to see if they can pin point the cause of the pain. I was very pleased with my office visit with Rana Lee.

The team always helps and follows up with my needs from the receptionist, the mychart message app, etc. Rana Lee also has been great during my transition from Dr Nieto who is no longer with the hospital. I feel heard and given actual solutions.

I am totally satisfied with this provider and the services I receive. They are respectful and always listen to any issues that I might be having and give constructive feedback.

The care from the PA not a Medical Doctor was very good but a doctor goes to school for 10 plus years a a PA goes for 2. The PA I had was superb.

She was amazing. It was the first time I actually felt listened to, once I explained everything I was concerned about she started asking all the right questions. I will be seeing her going forward. She acted very fast ordering all the tests I needed and giving me the right referrals. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders after my visit, I finally felt like I was in good hands and on the path to better. Can't say enough good things about that visit, I could go on for days.

My GP, Dr Benner, is an extremely caring and knowledgeable physician. He was out when this visit was needed and Rana Lee, the PA, stepped in to cover. Rana not only addressed the issue I came in for but detected a heart issue that needed to be addressed. Thank to Rana I'm scheduled to have the battery on my pacemaker replaced on June [Date]! Thanks so much Rana and Providence for this level of care!

In June, I found a large lump in my right breast. I immediately tried to book a mammogram appt but was told that I needed a referral from Dr Mayet (my primary physician). When I called her office, the first available appt was in September. I was offered an appt with her PA (Rana Lee). I had never met Rana before that phone call. She was available within a week, so I booked an appt with her. She was very professional and instilled confidence from the get go'. After she examined me, she left to report her findings to Dr Mayet. When Rana returned, she had already booked a mammogram "STAT". Dr Mayet poked her head inside the room to let me know she was up-to-date on my situation. I found that to be a very kind gesture.It is easy to understand why Dr Mayet and her team are so popular. I'm 83 and have had many appts with doctors over the years. I am thrilled that Rana and Dr Mayet are on my team. It is very calming to know that they will listen to me.will respect my age and experience.will be truthful even If the test results are hard to hearand will be the dedicated guardians of my health. I am grateful for everyone who went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and informed. God bless them all.

I was a bit nervous about seeing a PA since my doctor was out on maternity leave but Rana Lee was very knowledgeable, she listened to my concerns, was very respectful and not dismissive, she explained everything to me in terms in a could understand, and I left feeling like my concerns were resolved. She also has a comforting presence which made me feel at ease when going through my concerns.

I was leaving on a trip and was having some tingling on my face. I was concerned about air travel w the condition. The office worked me in to see Rana Lee the PA. It was an excellent visit and she reviewed my medical history a prescribed a cat scan and a prescription for meds should my condition get worse. Very thorough and a pleasure to meet with.

My primary care physician is Dr. Benner, who is outstanding. Rana Lee is a Physician's Assistant, and it was the first time she has met with me. I was impressed with her medical knowledge, and she was extremely helpful. I value her judgement and advice, and will be very happy if she provides additional medical assistance and help for me in the future.
