This was the first time that I saw this particular PA. She was personable and professional in responding to the purpose of my appointment. I needed to see my PCP for a pre op physical. My regularly assigned PCP was not available. It was good that the care provider was able to see me. Would you call it bad that my PCP was not able to see me? Or, should we agree that SJHLMG was able to meet my needs?

Generally very good. Only issue was I needed a cleared for surgery document send to a specialist and it not had been done 3 days after the visit and required me to follow up.

She did not take my concerns seriously, or really understood what I was concerned about. She still has not ordered the labs and testing she said she was going to. It was a useless appointment and really disappointed and would like my $20

Dr. June showed interest and care during this visit and provided a referral as requested. It was a pleasant visit.

The appt. Was made by a young who was very kind. But, I was told and assured that I would be able to receive a cortisone Injection on my foot, heel area. So I kept the appointment and to my surprise I was told That She does Not give cortisone injection. She was kind enough to make another appointment with my family Dr. Gave me a few pain pill to hold me over. I come to find out my family Dr. Dose not work on Mondays. She did give me good advice to care for my foot. Yes it was very helpful. The next day I was able to keep my DMV appointment. Thank you all for all your care.

Dr. June did not listen to my explanation of my heart history

Very good! First time visit for referral and was pleased with outcome.

Provider commented that I had mild arthritis and sprain to the wrist. Nothing was mentioned about the bone spur, and the word sprain was never used

First time with Dr. June her care,gentleness and knowledge.

She could have been a little more friendly, but otherwise very efficient and professional.

June Makiyama gave me an incorrect positive result for cancer when, in fact, the pathology report said negative. She called me back an hour and a half later to apologize for being wrong.

I pay copays yet the doctor can't even be bothered to send me a follow up response on my chart after my results came in. I was forced to play Dr. Google and look it up myself.

She took the time to investigate causes of my rash and had helpful suggestions for skin care, prescribed an effective treatment that pretty much resolved the issue. I was much more comfortable after receiving the medications.

We were told to be there at 715 the office wasn't even open then . Was there before the front office showed up. We saw them arrive. We were first and only In office and stillWaited after appt time to be taken back Provider seemed unsure what she was doing .

I usually request being seen by MD but there' this time the PA handled my needs satisfactorily.

Provider was very good! She was attentive and very helpful.

Dr. June Makiyama was an excellent provider who listened, was thorough, and didn't treat you like you were just a number. Other providers within the Heritage Group should learn from this. She did a fantastic job!
