I was a new patient so scheduling was very difficult. I had to checked into ER before I could see JJ. I wished I was able to see her first so I didn't have to check in to ER. But everyone was so friendly and helpful and got the care I need during my appointment with JJ. Great and knowledgeable staff. I was very happy with my care.

I had a pleasant experience with this provider. I have to say this is probably the best experience I've had with the provider, not only within this system, but in general. I really felt that she knew her information and cared about my concerns not only that, provided me with a timeline for follow up for the concerns we addressed in my appointment.

My care provider was wonderful! Attentive, thorough and kind. I Receptionist seemed to be having a rough day. LOVE JJ she's great!!!!

I am new to this office (new medical group, same insurance), but JJ was excellent at establishing my complex care in this group.

My A1C should have been taken in office but was not. My glucose has been out of control and wanted to confirm a serious problem developing by an A1C test.I see that I have been referred to an endocrinologist for further treatment.

It was my first Jeje seeing a new doctor after being on his provider for the last 24 years and she made me feel very comfortable. She listen to all my concerns. We came up with a game plan and I see her again in three weeks so I feel very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Jeje.

I like my physician called and explain my test results as soon as tests back from the laboratory.

JJ could not spend time for me for all my questions Told me-One more & she had to leave. Previously suggested a posture bra for me. Expensive & had hand in cast so could not use bra. Now suggested a device that is not appropriate for a 83+ year old women with poor posture.

Joanna was extremely knowledgeable about vertigo, which I've had for over 2 weeks. She could diagnose it and explain clearly the Epley maneuver exercises. I was very impressed with her professional manner.

I'm deeply concerned about the direction my medical treatment has taken. I have had two rather significant diagnosis. I have yet to hear from the doctor about either of these issues. Once the electronic report is delivered, I feel, the doctor should call and discuss my Issues or at least call for another office visit. But nothing!!

JJ is an excellent PA/professional. It is extremely difficult to get timely referrals from the Family Practice Group.

Great physician, she listened & referred me to providers that followed up the next day. Only downside was the wait for the consult (4 weeks to get an in person appointment, so I opted for video consult).

Very responsive and quick to help me navigate getting to a specialist.

The provider didn't seem to really listen to what was being said. She seemed in a hurry and a bit dismissive about our concerns. It was a disappointing appointment.
