She was wonderful. Medication didn't seem to be working so sent a message on My Chart. Early next morning, received lab results and response from office to make follow-up virtual appt. Also, received a call that evening from her. Thrilled with the care and concern of all involved. Thank you!

Provider listened well and was good but I waited a very long time to be seen by provider. I arrived 10 min early to check in and wasn't seen by provider until 45 minutes past my appointment time

By the time the provider got on the call it was more than an hour later and I had already missed one meeting for my job, and was about to miss another. This was a virtual appoint to refill a single medication that I have been on for years because my PCP left the practice at the beginning of the month and I have not found another one yet.

I have seen nurse practioner Daisy Lopez several times because my primary care Dr Andersons appointment schedule is very full. I feel very comfortable with Daisy Lopez. The virtual was easy, she prescribed muscle relaxer and ibuprofen for the pain I had been experiencing for the previous week. Ordered x ray and then physical therapy to get my left leg back to how it should feel. This was my first experience with pain like this.

Nurse practitioner didn't seem very knowledgeable about the reason I was there. She told me things that I had already known, didn't tell me anything that would help me understand why I was there. I have a medical background and can sometimes diagnose myself. She assumed something and to me it was a bad assumption. I know my own body and she didn't seem to care what I thought. Like I said at the beginning of this comment, she didn't seem very knowledgeable.

Daizy Lopez is a great nurse Practioner. She is a great listener and always checks my medical records. She takes care of health care needs and gives me referrals as needed.
