Provider seemed annoyed with my concerns. She was perfunctory in her manner. No sense of humor. I did not feel she was interested in getting to know me; just checking off a list of to do items.

She paid attention to what I was saying and answered my questions. I felt she understood my needs and concerns and addressed them in a positive way.

Dr. Modenos is very attentive to my health concerns and care needs. She listens to me when I explain my symptoms, and does not doubt my complaints. She is also very proactive with my care including ordering tests and referrals to assess my health needs and concerns. I am glad to have such an attentive and compassionate doctor treating me.

I was originally to be seen in late September. I had to call them, update the virtual record that I was in a motorcycle accident. Then I was given more priority after I went to the acute care clinic. So your system did work.

I am very pleased with the care of Dr. Modenos. I'm not so pleased with the overall admin of Providence health. It's a transitional period for my husband and I as we're moving from central California and it's been a steep learning curve. We are older people and we don't catch on as quickly as we used to I suppose, suffice to say I would enjoy easier access to my Dr and just a less complicated way of getting things done. The jury is still out from our end. I do know that when my issues are addressed, I have had very responsive individuals follow up and they seem to know exactly what they are calling me about which is , a big plus. Ask me again in a year.

I've never had any bad experiences related to my provider.I always love to see my provider because she explains my result the way I can understand because for me medical term's are difficult to understand.My provider is the best.

Megan Modenos, Do , has a great sense of humor- is extremly focused and a pleasure to be with, lucky to have her .

I had a sudden fall on [Date]. I needed prompt care. My regular doctor, Bruce Tucker was not available. Dr. Modenos had opening [Date]. She got ball rolling quickly for diagnostic tests. Note: my problem developed into very serious stage on [Date]. Testing was accelerated with a [Date] followup appt. An EKG done within office. My pulse had become alarming low. She directed me to ER immediately. After very quick evaluation in ER, a pacemaker was deemed necessary. One was installed the next morning. I am very grateful for her clear, quick instruction. A life saver!

Dr Modenos is excellent and I feel very lucky to have her as my primary care physician. The process of finding a primary care physician who would take new patients was very difficult. I had to search on-line for physicians and then call many to finally find a physician who was accepting new patients. I'm fully Insured with no major medical Issues.

When I moved from [Location] to Santa Rosa, I was pleased to find Dr. Modenos would take me as my new [ID] Primary Physician. We have a very respectful and professional friendship. She is a good listener and always helpful.

My care provider was terrific. This was a visit to establish care. She was thorough in her recommendations for tests. She listened well. The office team was helpful and responsive. The issues is how long it took to get an appointment. I made the original appt in September of [Date] and could not be scheduled until June of [Date]

She Is proactive In my health care, exceptional in her manner, and with her help I am now addressing serious health concerns that went overlooked by previous providers. The initial appointment had to be scheduled 9 months in advance as I was a new patient looking for a new primary care doctor which was rather inconvenient but aside from that every interaction I've had with the staff and the ease of making follow up appointments has been excellent and I am very happy I ended up with the care I am getting.

My first visit with Dr. Modenos. I am transferring from Dr. Aye in Petaluma as I did not have confidence in his medical knowledge and advice. I was impressed with Dr. Modenos as she listened to my concerned and scheduled a follow-up blood test and appointment in 6 months.

Dr Modenos is an outstanding doctor who listens carefully to what I say and is truly interested in seeing that my medical issues are carefully dealt with. Her attention to detail should be an example for many others to follow. I would recomment her to others without qualification.

Tihis dr replaced one that retired. Ot took a long time to get the first "Meet the dr" appointment. Having met wirh Dr Modenos, I find her to be very competent and her follow through has been spot on. She followed through on referrals for tests and other doctor referrals. My husband and I feel she will be very competent for both of us.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr Madenos, she was wonderful!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Unfortunately it took 7 months to get this appointment because my last one retired.

I was seen in a timely & appropriate office as I persisted in asking for a better alternative than dates offered. I was offered a visit 6 weeks out for a UTI!!!!
