My care provider is excellent, but after my fall I was given an urgent appointment 2 1/2 weeks out. I ended up going to Urgent Care a couple days after making the initial appointment.

Made appointment easily. Representative call back to confirm certain information and followed up with my appointment confirmation, etc. Reception desk was very professional and helpful and friendly. The Doctor spend time to go over my visit and answered any and every questions I have. There was no long waiting at my appointment time. Everything went very well.

All I can say is that I think Dr. Armanious is awesome! My only negative is that when I had something come up a couple of months ago, I ended up going to Urgent Care since her calendar was so fully booked. We discussed it at my annual check-up this week. Based on her reaction, I believe she would have made room for me had she known. I just love how she listens and cares... How she explains all my tests etc. I left feeling so good about my health through her encouraging words. She really takes time and connects on a personal level.

This was my first appointment with Dr Armanious. Dr Armanious told me she looked over all of my records the day before my appointment and was prepared to discuss concerns and problems that I have and started a referral to an opthomologist.

Dr Armanious is one of the best doctors I've been able to see. I have a complex medical history and she has been instantly up to speed in all areas of care. She in thorough, thoughtful, patient and caring. Her explanations of conditions and drug interactions/side effects are complete and easily understood. I have transferred care of all my adult family members to her and recommended her to everyone that has asked for a new Dr. We are incredibly lucky to have found her and I feel very safe with myself and my loved ones in her care.

I am an elderly person in fairly good health. This is the second time I have seen this provider. I was asked to schedule a appointment and to have a fasting blood draw in order to refill my prescription. I was disappointed that I did not have the fasting blood draw until after 11:30 a.m. The provider spent very little time with me and when I mentioned tiredness, always being cold and discomfort in my chest, the provider did not check my chest and said it was probably due to heartburn which came as a surprise.However, the next day after the test results I wrote to her assistant with concerns about the thyroid medication being lowered and surprise and disappointment with no explanation from the doctor. The doctor then called me and said I had heart palpitations due to too much thyroid without addressing the fatigue and being cold. I have had this condition for a very long time and was very skeptical about the conclusion. At this time, I have no recourse other than to try the reduced dosage for 90 days or less should I become more concerned about the effects I'm experiencing. I have been on this type of (endocrine) merry-go-round in previous years and know how long it takes to come back to a "normal/stable" place. I have no confidence in this decision and am disappointed in the lack of effort to examine my concerns during the office appointment. I mentioned to the assistant how quite the office was that day so I think more time could have been spent during the visit which lasted 5-10 minutes.
