I am very thankful for Providence because I am on medi-Cal I am still able to see my doctor. I have also transferred my mother to providence as well and is very happy with it.

I've been with Dr Chung and Providence for about 20 years and love the staff and this facility. They normally always run on schedule, but this appointment they were a little behind. It's definitely not the normal though.

Dr. Chung had given us a late appointment at 4:00pm but she didn't rush us instead she took the time to listen to my husband's questions (and he had lots of questions). She was great.

Dr Chung always shows her concern and individual care. Easy to talk with and trust her opinion.

All is good except for scheduling a routine / annual check up is ridiculous long (more than 6 six months and sometime still being re- scheduled further).

I felt comfortable and relaxed. I have no issues moving forward with Dr. Chung. I think the survey needs to be modified as it's hard to really rate the doctor since it was a first time visit as I am changing to Dr. Chung.Overall experience was fine.

Great doctor

This was my first visit with Dr Ching and I was extremely happy with her bedside manner, knowledge, and thoroughness. She didn't rush me out of the office and listened to everything I had to say. I am very happy I chose her as my PCP!

Love Dr. Chung. Although I had a break in care, she was quick to get me up to speed, per usual.

Care has been very good over the years, the one negative would be that my doctor especially, but most doctors seem to always be months out for appointments. It is difficult to be seen In person in a timely manner, I have been referred to urgent care or offered virtual visits. Speaking to a doctor via computer, I believe it to be very difficult to diagnose some issues...

Dr Chung is proactive with regards to referring me to specialists if she sees abnormalities in test results. She makes sure regular screenings are done i.e. Annual wellness checkups, eye exams, immunizations.

She is a very good doctor , only was hoping to get a better communication ( a phone call from the doctor an explain the blood work results test , it was hard to comprehend via email the names, the meaning behind what was really going on with my health ,

Didn't have to wait long. She was nice. Made sure I was caught up on my vaccine
