Providence Patient
Dr. Li and her staff are fantastic. Always kind, friendly and caring. The only reason my appointment time was delayed was because Dr. Li needed to spend extra time with another patient who had an appointment before me.I absolutely did not mind waiting. Cancer is scary and there were times when Dr. Li spent extra time with me. I think any patient whose appointment was delayed that day would feel the same way. Dr. Li and her staff are so caring, we'd encourage them do what they need to do. And Dr. Li's medical assistant came in and let us know there was a delay and we would be in the appointment shortly.
Providence Patient
Dr. Li is always prepared and courteous, as are the other members of the Hematology and infusion room staff.
