The doctor visit was great! Everyone in the office was super helpful and friendly and is why we continue with this insurance. To make sure we are able to be a part of this medical group.

Christine Choi was our provider since our usual Dr was unavailable. She was very Informative and took the time to explain everything and answer all of questions for our child's 2 month appointment. She also went above and beyond by quickly responding to our message online and arranging and making an appointment for a specialist. Will definitely make an appointment with her again if our Dr is unavailable.

Christine NP was exceptional and went out of her way to provide excellent care to my kids. She's amazing!

Assessment and evaluation is very specific and not comprehensive. Concerns are disregarded instead of investigating if not understood. Confusing recommendations, saying I don't need labs with bone growth xray one min and saying I need both the next min. Ordered labs that I specifically said I will not be able to complete because of a resistant child. Unable to explain what ordered labs/ radiology will explain about my child's concerns. (Ex. Concerned about precocious puberty,Christine said xray will show excessive bone growth) I don't know how bone growth is related to early puberty. I asked if I will be able to see signs of excessive bone growth with my eyes. She said no and no explanation. Just tells me the order is in. Why would I expose my daughter to radiation when I have no idea why it's being done? Also, If early period, she said treatment is hormone therapy but didn't inquire If I would even do hormone therapy on daughter. I wouldn't. Very paternalistic, not patient centered.

Ms Christine was great and listened and took her time!

Christina the NP provided excellent care and she really cared about my son's wellbeing. She even gave me a phone call after 3 days of seeing her to check up on how he's recovering from his stye.
