Doctor Ball is the best doctor I've ever seen! I'm so excited that she is my doctor. She goes Way Beyond with what I'm used to with her care. After my blood work she's right away on the portal with all the information. She seems to take her time with understanding all my worries about my health. She seems very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable talking to her. She seems highly intelligent but still has compassion and emotional intelligence too. I have recommended her to my family and my daughter has made her first appointment In the next 3 months. Dr. Ball is fantastic. I trust her and feel very comfortable and safe with her. I recommend all my friends and family to go to her. One of the front receptionists seemed like she was sick, coughing and congested. I want to mention this because I think she should have been wearing a mask working the front desk.

I really enjoyed this visit with this doctor. She was asking all the right questions and very attentive to anything I had to say. It was much different than my previous Doctor Who I was looking to change.

I was shocked by Dr. Ball's demeanor and poor bedside manner. Never once smiled. Just seemed ice cold and not very caring. Seemed disinterested in me and my concerns as a patient. I would not recommend this doctor at this time, and I would only hesitantly consider coming back. My search for a knowledgeable, concerned Internist continues

She was very professional and knowledgeable about my health issue and I felt comfortable talking with her. I will continue to schedule my wellness exams and follow ups with Dr. Ball.

This was first visit so it's hard to make informed comments or ratings. Doctor was very professional but not very "warm" - hard to know if it is her approach to new patients, her personality or just the day I had appointment. (I don't question her medical knowledge and plan to see her for follow-up to blood work she ordered). Her staff was very friendly and professional so the contrast between doctor's demeanor and office staff was all the more striking.

Dr Ball is an excellent listener and looks for solutions to my challenges.

Dr. Ball-Zondervan has been my PCP since my last PCP retired. She is always making a thorough observation during exam and asking questions what I though beyond a wellness check (e.g., dandruff issue). She helped to open more and bring up any concerns regarding my health. She is very caring and to the time to answer any questions I have in a detailed manner. She provided solutions for any health issues I have and continue to monitor my progress along the way. She is also very responsive for any communication made through MyChart app (e.g., my blood pressure monitoring records, request for prescription refill, changes of pharmacy, etc.). Once I sent a message on a Friday afternoon and didn't expect any response until Monday, but I received her response a few hours later. I am very happy with my experiences with her.

My mother's doctor always directs her questions to her, even though she is [Date of Birth] and hard of hearing; then she will check in with me to make sure we are on the same page. She is always respectful when trying to collect information from my mother. She is extremely thorough when gathering information and returning information to my mother.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Ball. She did not rush anything she listened to me. Good visit.
