I had ankle surgery to remove the hardware inserted by Dr. Alexander a few years ago. He and his care team are outstanding in their knowledge, skill, concern, and follow up. He was able to see me the next day when I started experiencing some pain in the surgery area.

Dr. Alexander and his PA were very helpful.

In the years that Dr Alexander has been my Primary Podiatrist he has always diagnosed accurately and with treatment of the same caliber. He has earned my trust.

I liked this doctor, and he is going to do some needed toe surgery.

Dr. Alexander is caring, considerate and professional. He listened to the details related to my injury, examined my foot, gave instruction, then as I mentioned to him I was a runner, he offered to have me see a podiatrist who specializes in running. How great was that!! Dr. Alexander seemed to understand the joy of running and how it impacts this seniors life. First time at Renton Pac Med clinic and I left feeling listened to!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, accurate, thourgh, kind , empathetic, explanation in layman's terms, straight to the issues, concerned about my pain , complete X-rays , options explained, timely manner, excellent staff and service

2 years ago or so, my ingrown big toe nails were causing me significant pain. Dr. Alexander performed minor surgery on the big toe nails then, and I had no pain, until recently in my right big toe nail. The Northgate PacMed receptionist was very helpful in getting me an appointment the same day. Dr. Alexander fixed my right toe nail, and I now have no pain in my big toes.

Very thorough explanations and open to any questions that I might have. Gave me great on how to manage my foot problem.

He was very knowledgeable and listened to me and my concerns well. He explained my surgical options well and had great over the counter advice to try first.

Dr explained everything clearly.

The provider explained a lot about what I was not experiencing but did not talk about or address what I was experiencing. They were largely dismissive. They were polite but nit kind. There but not present.

Liked Dr. Alexander very much. Good guy.

It is helpful when I can have dialogues with my providers about preventative measures I can take to avoid health issues.

Dr. Alexander seemed quite knowledgeable and confident in his assessment of my right ankle. He gave me several options and suggestions as to how to move forward with my situation.

I only ever had good experiences with Dr Alexander and most of the people in my care team the biggest issue usually is long phone waits or having trouble contacting someone to get back to me but I have noticed and improvement in the last few months so I am understanding that there is a short staff issue but the care provider has always been consistent with me

Exceptionally beneficial visit with Dr. Alexander and Medical Assistant. Doctor took my foot pain and concerns very seriously, thoroughly discussed likely causes, ordered labs and xrays to better define the issues, prescribed a medication to help with pain during future flareups if needed, and recommended a shoe insole to decrease toe joint pain. He also assured me there are additional simple steps we can take should pain continue to be a problem. I left the appointment informed, relieved, optimistic, and grateful.

Dr. Alexander is always very kind. His medical assistant was very apologetic for the wait. Dr. Alexander also apologized for the delay.
