Dr. Salazar is one of the most attentive health care providers I have ever met. Providence Patient
This was my second visit to this office and I found the doctor and staff very knowledgeable and pleasant. The doctor took time to explain what will happen in the next few months and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with him and his staff.
Providence Patient
Great service as always
Providence Patient
I hope that Providence is able to keep their podiatrists and keep at least two on board. I keep going back and forth to podiatrists because doctors retire or leave and go somewhere else. Maybe one podiatrist who primarily does surgeries and another who does the nail debridement and do a diabetic foot exam would be a good idea. I do like all of the information Dr. Salazar and others give me. It is very helpful.
Providence Patient
Professional and easy to talk to the doctor
Providence Patient
This is one of my referral doctors that I go to. They knew my information from my previous visits. He listened to what I was saying, and ordered further investigation/treatment for my injury.
Providence Patient
Providence needs to hire Dr. Salazar another doctor to replace the one that has been missing for over a year. The doctor and his staff are excellent, but it is very hard to get in with only 1 doctor for the whole practice.
Providence Patient
I was very pleased with Dr. Salazar. Overall evaluation and recommendations. Thank you.
Providence Patient
I really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Salazar. After years of issues with my feet and 2 previous podiatrist visits, I finally feel like I have a doctor that cares and listens to me. I'm very grateful for Dr. Salazar and his team. Very nice office and staff.
Providence Patient
Wonderful Doctor and staff !!
Providence Patient
Good and clear information he gave.
Providence Patient
I was so happy with Dr Salazar. I loved everything about him. He was generous with the time needed to address my issues. He was so knowledgeable. I had been to the previous podiatrist I was given, and though nice, she did nothing for my problem. Despite all my info. Dr Salazar knew exactly what was wrong, the cause, the steps I can take to heal, and ordered much needed PT for me. He gave me a lot of info moving forward to avoid the problem in the future. I left so appreciative, so excited that there is a way to heal them, and that I can be my very physical self again. It was the perfect experience. All because of Dr Salazar. I will recommend him to everyone. He was so present, kind and knowledgable. I called my best friend after seeing him. Told her I got my life back. 5*****Give him my thanks

Providence Patient
Dr Sergio is a very good Dr who knows his job well he has me walking again.
Providence Patient
Dr Salazar currently is the only Physician in the podiatry office as they seek to get another Dr to join the practice. He appears to be carrying a very heavy load of Patients, but that has not resulted in a decrease in the quality of his care for me. He is a good listener, very skilled podiatrist, and his staff is professional, kind and very helpful. They all deserve a raise! This is a great group of skilled medical personnel. I hope the administration will take care of these employees well; to loose any of them would be a great loss to us patients.
