Omead A. Barari, DPM

Dr. Omead Barari is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon at Precision Foot and Ankle Centers. Dr. Barari has credentials in chemical biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and global medicine from the Keck School of Medicine of University of Southern California. He graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency with St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Barari has extensive training and background in reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery, wound care, diabetic limb preservation, sports medicine, trauma, foot orthoses, and biomechanics. He is passionate about delivering high quality care to under-resourced communities and has volunteered for medical mission trips and mobile clinics for people without housing. Dr. Omead Barari is the recipient of educational scholarships and awards while attending podiatric meetings at the state and national level. In his spare time, Dr. Barari enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, leisure reading, playing tennis, film, fitness, and relaxing at the beach. Dr. Barari supports his patients in English and also demonstrates intermediate/professional proficiency in Spanish.
