Dr Panera is one of my favorite doctors ever. I see her on a regular basis, and each time, she has immediately recognized when I am in pain during procedures, and immediately treated the pain before continuing further. Early on, she took a fresh look at prior opinions, tested other hypotheses, until recognizing a different cause, beginning a better treatment. She is very engaged, remembering who I am, things we've talked about even months later, and offers self home care suggestions that really make a difference and dont cost a lot. She's so good that I followed her when she changed locations. I now drive an hour to an hour an a half to get to each appointment. (I tried other providers at the old location, and was not happy, as they hurt me, dismissed my concerns abruptly, and did not even make eye contact). As some new issues have progressed, she has given her experience in when surgery might be necessary, and keeps checking. The only thing I would wish for, Is for her practice to move closer. All in all, highest ratings possible.
