About Sarah Winder
Sarah grew up in Seattle and went to Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY for college and graduate school. She was a collegiate swimmer and enjoys rehabbing spine and shoulder injuries. She is a board-certified orthopedic specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and treats vestibular/balance impairments and works in pelvic health. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, running and hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
