Stephanie B. Mentch, PT, DPT

Stephanie is passionate about blending clinical expertise and latest evidence to help people of all genders overcome pelvic floor disorders, such as problems with bladder control, bowel function, and pelvic pain. She also specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions associated with pregnancy and birth. She completed her advanced training through the American Physical Therapy Association and remains active within the profession through assisting with continuing education courses. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mayo Clinic, where she was awarded her class's academic achievement award. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, as well as baking, reading, watching fastpitch softball, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
