About Nancy C. Puth
Nancy grew up in New Hampshire. She is committed to Providence, evidence-based practice, and treating the whole person. She provides care for clients with concussion, orthopedic, and vestibular disorders. She loves to travel and has been to all 50 states and four continents so far. In her free time, she enjoys almost anything she can do outside, but especially mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, fly-fishing and gardening.
