He believes in listening to his patients to understand their goals and working with them to create a plan to achieve them. Dr. Spencer was courteous, explained every step of the procedure process, and gave me the results from this procedure at the end of this appointment. He was quite knowledgeable about the nerve interactions among my fingers, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Dr. Spencer was easy to discuss my health issue with. He listened, and answered my questions. He explained things as we went along, and explained his findings. He also gave me some helpful information on how to help improve my problem. This was a first visit with him for me, and I would definitely see him again if needed.

Overall experience was awesome, considering I didn't know what to expect. The procedure was explained prior to physically beginning, as it involved electric currents & needles on my hand & arms. The doctor put me at ease & continuously reassured me, all the while, explaining every aspect of the process. He had a great sense of humor and exuded great knowledge & professionalism, which made me feel very relaxed. He's definitely an asset to the Kadlec team, and he totally earned my trust & respect.

This was a rather dynamic appointment. Dr. Spencer sharp! He gave me a diagnosis on this problem. (Gluteus medius tendinopathy) After weeks of appointments, 2 courses of PT, and seeing a surgeon. I have a clear understanding of my issue. Knowledge takes away fear and now I have hope. My issue can't be fixed but I know, going forward, that and how I can improve and maintain my hip pain. What a great doctor!

He was very nice. I was extremely happy to get an injection at my first appointment! My shoulder is feeling much better and he said if the pain comes back in 3 months I can go ahead and schedule another appointment for an injection. And that I don't need to see my PCP because the referral will still be good. It was so nice to hear. I was very impressed with him.

I had called to ask questions about my scheduled procedure. The nurse called me back and answered many of my questions. When the provider walked into the room I could tell there had been good communication from nurse and provider, he was aware of my questions and took time to answer the rest of my questions. He made sure I understood what the procedure was, how it works, pros and cons, and possible side effects. He made sure I was comfortable I was very impressed and felt confident and safe in his care.
