As the doctor did my procedure, he was explaining everything he was doing as he did it. He was very thorough and very good.

I respect Dr. Kobayashi's technical expertise, but not his bedside manner, especially when it concerns my pain level.

The provider is great, but the wait time is horrific

The doctor and staff were knowledgeable, caring and patient. Facilities were good. It was hard to get a scheduled visit in timely manner. My wait time was 3 months.

Appt was difficult to schedule but on my second try I got a helpful/professional scheduler. He told me the Cherry Hill site booked out about 9 weeks. I asked if there were other sites - yes. I drove 25 miles to get this test done. Kudos to the scheduler.I was last patient of the day, so expected delays. Delighted that Dr K spent extra time with me to review complicated med hx. He was easy to talk to, made a challenging test tolerable, and clearly respected me as an individual. We need to convince providers that they are dealing with human beings. It's a partnership. Dr K met that.

Dr Kobayashi Is an excellent bone & spine specialist. He Is very through In examine and questioning your Injury. He orders the necessary tests needed and follows up Immediately. I'm very lucky to have him as a specialist.

The Dr was great, with just telling him where my discomfort was he knew what to do to make the pain go away.
