Excellent Doctor and professional office personnel.

I am very pleased with the care I receive from everyone at Dr. Jorge's office. The office staff, the medical support staff and Dr. Jorge are all fantastic. I am especially always please because Dr. Jorge has consistently been able to alleviate my back pain with the epidural shots in exactly the area that needs it.

Dr. Jorge is an excellent physician.

I'm satisfied with my care provider. She has the knowledge of what I need. Her staff always respond when I communicate with them in my chart.

Dr George I am sure is a very competent doctor before my procedure I am laying down on stomach head turned, he walks in and is very polite says Hi says a few things during procedure Procedures have helped, last time I don't think it has helped like before. I always have a follow up appt a month after which will be Nov [Date]

Dr. Paolo Jorge and staff including the clerks are very good and grateful to have them as part of my medical care.

Dr. Jorge was very friendly and was a good listener. His explanations were clear and concise.

Dr asked a couple of questions and stated his nurse would schedule an injection and left. Visit lasted no more than 5 minutes. Minimal verbal contact during procedure as well. Will never see this provider again!!

Dr. George is always on time and extremely efficient. He explained everything to me at the first visit and I felt very prepared going into the procedure. Only regret he was not recommender to me earlier.

Dr Jorge is the BEST!

Dr Jorge was very friendly and professional this time. I felt he was very concerned about how the previous epidural had not been as effective as it usually is and seemed to take extra care in administering the injection. He also followed up with me personally when I was waiting afterwards to make sure I was okay. Both he and the nurse gave me specific instructions to go home and lay down for two hours which is information I had not received before, so it was really helpful.

I thought the Dr. Was great. He was informative and seemed knowledgable.He was easy to talk to.

Doctor didn't really ask if I had any concerns prior to starting my procedure or afterward. He's very good at the procedure (epidural) I had done but bedside manner could be betterbetter

I always feel better with my injection but this last time was by far the best. I felt such relief when the injection went in.

I LIKED AND TRUSTED THIS DOCTOR FOR MANY YEARS. WHEN I RECEAVED AN INFECTION IN ALL MY MUSCLES, I DIDN'T THINK IT COULD BE THAT PAINFUL. THREE DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL AND I'M STILL IN GREAT PAIN AND CAN'T SEE MY REGULAR DOCTOR FOR TWO WEEKS. THE HOSPIITAL REQUESTED 3 DAYS

This visit was to a specialist for a procedure which went well. This department does very well, and I wish all departments were as nice as this one.

I received a paper with the list of the vitamins type written but the doctor did not specify how many milligram to take also I asked the doctor if there's cure for neuropathy he said no, his answer because of my age.

Dr Jorge is absolutely superb as a doctor conducting EMG tests, and also with his ability to listen and respond in a warm, positive , supportive way. Whenever I see him I'm always impressed by his thought approach to treating patients and responding to my unique needs. He's wonderful! The staff also are incredibly professional, kind, and truly make the visit welcoming and worthwhile. Outstanding practice and office.

My treatment was changed without informing me. The waiting for the Dr is long & there is no opportunity to speak with the Dr before the procedure. I had to be assertive to get a quick general comment from him. Not helpful @ a future plan for treatment

I felt like just a body on an assembly line! Dr Jorge never even said hello or used my name - just came in and got to work on the epidural process. He was running late, but I don't believe that is an excuse for such lack of interest in a patient.This is actually the second time this has happened, so I felt the need to be honest with you this time.

The doctor didn't even know I was his regular patient. He could have avoided additional pain medication in other areas if he would have looked at my past chart. I was very disappointed when he told me he has to change procedure area because of bone spur when in fact he should have already known because it happened last procedure with him. I want to change doctors now.

This appt was just injection in both thumbs to help with the pain in weight lifting as I was taken off celebrex do to kidneys

Dr Jorge did a back epidural. Everything went very smoothly. The staff was very efficient.

Dr. Jorge is a pain specialist that is assisting with arthritis pain and has been helping with the pain management. He and his staff have been very helpful and professional. I understand that my insurance, [ID], is negotiating with St. Jude, and if a deal can't be reached plan to cancel my coverage with [ID] so that I can continue to remain with St. Jude.

I like the work providence does but my procedure was a quick in and out and nobody explained to me what was going to happen after, the symptoms I might have, or what I should expect to be feeling. They just wanted you out as quick as possible.

I received very little to no communication from Dr. Jorge related to my health care and the constant pain I have been having in my lower back. I came away from my visits with him feeling that he was not interested in me as a patient and I was simply another case. Much of the communication was done through inexperienced office assistants who spoke very fast as if they had rehearsed the lines they needed to say to patients in general. When they asked if there were any questions, they typically did not know the answer and had to go back to the doctor who most times was already busy with another patient. They also appeared to be In a hurry to get on their cell phones so that they could text their friends (Observed In the hallway by the elevators). Having been with St. Jude's for many years, I have come to expect that patient care is best provided when the doctor Is Interested enough In their patient to talk with them as well as take the time needed to listen to so that they can work together to provide the very best in health care. Hoping that what I have shared here helps to make a positive difference. Will wait to see if anything changes when I go back to see Dr. Jorge. Unfortunately, I am scheduled to see the PA, not the doctor that I have entrusted my care to :- ((

I've had numerous epidurals from Dr Jorge, but this last time was different. I felt like I was on an assembly line. The staff in the procedure room were not very friendly and the doctor didn't seem his normal self either. Perhaps he was running behind as I had an unusually long wait after my actual appt time before I was taken in so maybe he was just trying to catch up. I had no conversation with him as to my current pain, he just told me what he was doing and did it!
