This was my first visit to establish care with Dr. Hess. She was very thorough and had obviously reviewed my medical records. She had a list of recommendations for my health maintenance ready and completed my PAP smear and tetanus booster at the visit. It was time well spent. I haven't had a consistent primary care provider for several years due to MD retirement and unexpected departures and Dr. Hess was a much-needed breath of fresh air and kindness in the Providence system for me personally.

Dr. Hess is one of the best physicians I have ever had. She is caring, listens well, and is very thorough. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my pcp. As an ARNP, I'm an informed consumer of healthcare. I recognize an excellently provider when I see one. Dr. Hess is a gem:)
