This clinic is the best

I'm very fortunate to have Dr. Cotter as my primary care giver. She Is positive, thoughtful, kind, and very knowledgeable.

She knew all about my medicines and knew what to lower and what to increase .

Adequate time was given for the annual wellness check. I left more informed about the blood test results.

Dr. Cotter is a very caring person. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns and is sincere. I'm very comfortable talking to her. She asks questions and is more than willing to explain things to me. She is a great primary care doctor. I feel very fortunate to have her.

Very pleased with the Dr and staff though the wait times for an appt is fair. 2 months usually to get an appt with your primary care physician. Dr Cotter is worth the wait.

After failure of the emergency dept to prescribe medication for severe body pain and inflammation, provider nurse promptly followed up with me when receiving notice of my ER visit. She counseled me and booked me a stat appt the very next morning with Dr. Cotter ... Who then prescribed a stronger anti-inflammatory and advised a follow up visit with practice.

My provider is wonderful. I can speak with her easily. She listens well and I have confidence in her.

Dr Cotter, who was filling in for my regular pcp, saw me on very short notice yet she arrived to the appointment with relevant information about my situation. She is an outstanding communicator. Solutions oriented, and she made two important referrals for me rather than make me wait for my regular pcp. She later followed up with me via mychart to explain the significance of my blood test results. Dr cotter is competent and professional with a great "bedside manner".

As I told Dr. Cotter during my appointment, I appreciated the time she took to focus on my diabetes. She's the first doctor at PSPFM that spend quality time with me and wasn't trying to rush me out the door. I also appreciate her expertise on the subject.
