Dr. Mendoza helps patients feel as if they are heard and he takes concerns and questions seriously and always explains any questions I have. He is very responsive and welcoming and it's great to work with him on my health.

I like going to this provider. But the only downside about it is sometimes it gets hard to schedule a new appointment and you have to wait at least 3 months.

My care provider has been calm (not rushed) and approachable. He expresses thoughts clearly and is able to explain the important factors about my health situation. His recommendations seem sound and substantiated. Highly recommend.

Dr Mendoza always shows me respect and responds to my questions answering indetail .He sugested and prescribed improved Asthma medications to mantainance my chronic conditions. He is a excellent Doctor !

Dr. Mendoza is young but seems very smart. He listened to my concerns and gave feedback that made sense. I'd recommend him to anyone I just wish I didn't have to drive to Olympia to get care.

This was my first visit with Dr Mendoza as my new PCP (previous PCP left the practice). I found him to be very attentive and truly interested in getting to know me.

My provider has always listened to my concerns about how I am feeling. He's also given me options to take care of my issues. I don't like to complain and bother him. He assured me that I should keep him updated on my health, whether I was improving or not. He definitly wants to be on top of my health. I feel well cared for. My wife and I have used the urgent care at this facility a few times and have been very impressed with the care and communication from your staff. We did have an extended wait time to get an appointment with a primary care physician though. I is nice to have everything we need under one roof.

Dr Mendoza very nice,

Dr. Mendoza and team are great. My one concern about Providence Family Medicine is how hard it is and how long a wait to see your PCP. On this visit I was fortunate because they must have had a cancellation so I got in within the week. Usually have to ho to Immediate Care, which I appreciate, but there is no consistency in treating what you need if it is a more complicated or chronic condition.

This was the first time to meet my new care provider. He was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed talking to him. This was the only appointment time that was available and I am unable to drive in the dark. So I was getting very uncomfortable about how long it was taking. I try to make all of my appointments early in the day because of this. My next appointment with him is in the morning.

All problems dealt with expeditiously. A treatment plan was initiated. Labs and referrals ordered.

This doctor and his helper were fantastic. They were kind, informative, caring nothing but good things to say about them. You have some good people.

My provider listens and understands me. He also is very polite. He makes sure I understand what he is telling me. I like the care I am receiving from him.

This November appointment was my first with Dr. Mendoza. My previous doctors left to practice elsewhere. The November visit went very well. When my insurance allows (which should be at the start of January, 2025, I shall be having/submitting medical management test results. I am happy that Dr. Mendoza has accepted me as his patient.

This was my first visit to this clinic and with Dr. Mendoza. The location was set up as in a prior practice I was seen so it was comfortable from the arrival. The front desk people with kind and knowledgeable. The clinical back office person was very nice, approachable and efficient. Dr. Mendoza was great. It's been a while since I received quality care from a provider. He listened to me and responded appropriately. I am grateful fir this practice. I'm referring my son.

The provider is great, though it wasn't easy to get a first visit appointment in a short time when booking over the phone.

I questioned Dr Mendoza about an alternative treatment than accepted medical practice and I appreciated his forthright opinion of this treatment. Although he was completely professional in the appointment I may have frustrated him a bit (my bad) regarding my lack of confidence in some of the acceptable/required medical protocols regarding a personally frustrating chronic medical situation that has led me to be open to possible alternative treatments. I'm not sold on anything just seeking to think about treatment/s that are outside the "box". Regardless, I found Dr Mendoza to be an exceptional physician!

I am a new patient in a new locale so I feel very lucky to have ended up with such a good provider. It was a stressful process to find a physician taking new patients and had to rely on my insurance plans assistance in doing so.

Dr. Mendoza and his MA are both beyond kind, patient and informative. I have never felt rushed or like my medical issues so not matter to my provider. Very lucky to have this doctor to manage my chronic health issues.

Overall I had the best care on that day from Doctor, CNA, Lab technician and check in ladies. Like Providence buildings in Olympia and Lacey.

It was a new appt for new provider. I no longer liked the ARMP treatment of me by staff. This provider did everything a provider should do.
