Selvin Villeda, MD

Dr. Villeda is not from West Texas but has chosen to make West Texas home for him and his family. He completed his undergraduate education at Abilene Christian University and completed his medical school and residency training here at Texas Tech. He is passionate about his patients and their families and cares deeply for their physical, and emotional well being. He understands the importance of establishing a patient physician relationship where the focus will be the child and the decisions will be made as a team. As a father himself, he values the parent's perspective to achieve shared decision making. When he is not in clinic, he is hanging out with his two kids, and supporting his wife as she works to complete her dream of becoming a pediatrician as well. In his off time he enjoys watching sports, playing golf and watching beautiful West Texas sunsets. Dr. Villeda is excited to watch your kids grow and be there every step of the way through high school and beyond.
