We really are grateful for the care of Dr. LaiWu in this appointment where she had to remove an earring stuck in her earlobe. The doctor cared for her in the most kind and patient way especially for a child who is scared of pain. She did all she could for our child.

Dr. Wu was attentive and listened to all our questions and concerns. My daughter was not getting better after the flu, so Dr. Wu helped us figure out helpful next steps for a speedier recovery.

Dr Wu goes above and beyond to accommodate my sons disability to the best of her knowledge!

[Name(s)] went in with a severe case of inflamed acne. [Name(s)] had been resistant (she's my natural child) but when she finally agreed to go Dr Wu's office got us in next day, even offered same day appointment. Dr Wu saw her very quickly and was helpful and optimistic. She told [Name(s)] that she would fix it, gave us an aggressive treatment plan and it gave [Name(s)] the hope she was missing. It's been 3 days, 50% of the redness is gone. Her beautiful face is beginning to reemerge from the infection. I couldn't be happier or more appreciative. Dr Wu has always treated us with exceptional care and this time was no different. Dealing with middle school females is impossible but Dr Wu manages to calm fears and connect making her nothing short of a super hero in my book. I am forever grateful she has been our pediatrician.

Dr.Wu is an amazing doctor she has been seeing my son since he was born at the hospital. She has passion on what she does and she cares alot about her kiddos. I will never leave her my son even like Dr. Wu and he has autism

Dr Wu always goes above and beyond to accommodate my son with special needs. He was there for an EKG but she also addressed a matter with regards to a wound on his arm, that he wasn't scheduled to be seen for.

It can be very difficult to get in to aee dr...however after pushing a bit and leaving a measage for dr they are always able to get us in. Dr WU truly goes up and beyond to take care of her patients.

Good and fast service

We cannot recommend Dr. Wu enough. She is a phenomenal physician and provides top quality care for her patients. She always listens carefully to our concerns and does research to provide us the best possible solution for our son. Our son has a complicated medical file and she knows the file in and out. I never have to remind her who my son is, what medicine he is on, what struggles he is experiencing, etc because she is always well-versed on his chart. She is kind, compassionate, and treats us in our son with the upmost respect. My son is non-speaking and unfortunately has received poor care from many providers (even at St. Jude), as they assume that he does not know what is going on. Dr. Wu always presumes that my son is competent and explains everything that she is going to do to him in a clear and concise matter. She gets down at his level, she gives him time when he needs it and Tries to incorporate his participation in whatever procedure that he needs to have done. My son is terrified to go to doctors and this office is the only place that he is excited to go visit. As a disability parent, this office is one that I would recommend to any of my friends who have children who are disabled. Accommodations are provided, competence is presumed, and all the office staff are so so kind to anyone who needs a little extra help. 10/10 would recommend!

I love Dr. Wu. She's always caring understanding and compassionate when treating [Name(s)]. I wouldn't change a thing about her and look forward to keep having her as my son's pediatrician.
