Always good experience

We actually started with a different Pediatrician before we decided to switch to Dr. Sun after our baby's first week appointment. In fact, Dr. Sun was the Doctor doing rounds while we were in the hospital/recovery room after my c-section, and we immediately felt at ease with her. As first time parents, we were anxious and asked a lot of questions, but she was patient, gentle, and generous with her time answering all of our concerns. We knew we wanted this quality of care, detailed explanations, and compassion during the routine check-ins during baby's newborn and toddler years. We've been very happy with our experience with Dr. Sun, and we're thankful she crossed our path in the very early days of our baby's life.

Dr. Sun is excellent! I wish that she was available at my local health office in Diamond Bar.

As a first time patient, It would be helpful for the provider to look/ask for patient history. I had a whole folder of medical history and wasn't even asked for it.

Dr. Sun was amazing and she called that day with X ray results! Because of this, we were able to get to an orthopedic doctor right away. We are appreciative of her prompt response and urgent care that my daughter needed.

Being a new patient and trying to figure out which vaccines my child had to be able to get him caught up, Dr. Sun was very patient and informative. She was extremely helpful thank you

The support separately from the scheduling staff to the front desk check were wonderfulthe communication between the two not so much. I was assured my check in for both children were the same time. Turns out this was not communicated to the front desk/check in staff. Thankfully they made it work. This was all done after our first appointments were cancelled. So I am glad to see it work. Hoping the staff is more cohesive in future visits. Very, very pleased with dr. Sun
